Most items purchased from “Phones Accessories” are returnable within the return window, except those marked as non-returnable.

Incorrect item: – If you ever receive an erroneous item or items within three working days of delivery, we recommend you to contact the following sales representative via email. After receiving your response, our sales agent will collect your appropriate product and ship it as soon as possible.  However, if the item is out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available on a priority backorder basis.

Missing item: – If your item is not delivered within a specified time range, then we will make sure to connect within three working days of delivery. You can also contact your sales representative via email. Although we will make every effort to send the missing item(s) as soon as possible, we request that you to allow up to 10 working days for the item to be sent. In addition, if an item is back-ordered and not in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Faulty or broken goods: – If you ever receive faulty or damaged items in transit, please tell your sales agent to email us within three working days of delivery, or three months of delivery for customer-returned faulty items. Our sales agent will collect the item(s), and replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that it could take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available on a priority backorder basis.

In every situation, make sure you keep things in good shape and take the necessary precautions to preserve the package intact.

Refunds:

Refund requests will be initiated as soon as your sales agent accepts a refund if the merchandise is in saleable condition, the original packaging is intact, and you are notified within the specified timeframe.

After that, your refund will be handled in ten business days. If your order was placed using your account credit, the credit will be returned to its initial value and be usable on further orders.
